    1- Cleanliness: Wash your hands thoroughly and ensure all equipment is clean and sterilized to prevent contamination.
    2- Measure Water: Measure the required amount of boiled water according to the instructions on the packaging and pour it into a sterilized bottle.
    3- Add Formula: Use the scoop provided to add the correct amount of Aptamil Anti Reflux powder to the water. Always use the scoop provided and level it off with the back of a clean, dry knife.
    4- Mix Thoroughly: Securely fasten the bottle cap and shake the bottle vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved. Ensure there are no lumps remaining.
    5- Cool and Check Temperature: Allow the formula to cool to the desired feeding temperature, usually body temperature (around 37°C or 98.6°F). Test the temperature on the back of your hand before feeding to ensure it's not too hot for your baby.
    Feed immediately. Discard any unused feed.
