Conditions for Return & Refund

We accept returns and provide refunds only under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a return and refund.
  2. Defective Products: If the product you receive is defective or not up to standard, you can return it for a refund.
  3. Short Expiry Products: If you receive a product that has an expiry date within 30 days from the date of delivery, you are eligible for a return and refund.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product. Please do not send the product back without receiving a RAN from us.
  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and proof of purchase. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to verify the damage, defect, or short expiry.
  • Refund Approval: If the product meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. You will receive a notification email once the refund is approved.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Important Notes

  • Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason other than the conditions mentioned above (damaged, defective, or short expiry products).
  • Return Shipping Costs: We will cover the return shipping costs for eligible returns. If the product is not eligible for return, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
