    Preparation

    1- Wash Hands and Sterilize Equipment: Thoroughly wash your hands and sterilize all feeding equipment, including bottles, nipples, and caps.
    2- Boil Water and Let Cool: Boil fresh water and allow it to cool for no more than 30 minutes to a temperature of about 40°C.
    3- Measure Water and Powder: Pour the correct amount of cooled boiled water into the sterilized bottle. Use the provided scoop to measure the correct amount of Aptamil 2 powder, leveling off each scoop with the edge of the scoop.
    4- Mix Thoroughly: Add the powder to the water. Cap the bottle and shake well for 10 seconds to ensure the powder is fully dissolved.
    5- Check Temperature: Test the temperature of the milk on the inside of your wrist to ensure it’s lukewarm. Feed your baby immediately, discarding any unused milk
