  1. Wash hands and use clean utensils
  2. Pour the recommended quantity of warm boiled water into a clean bowl
  3. Gradually stir in the Aptamil cereal powder
  4. Mix thoroughly to a smooth consistency
  5. Serve immediately using a sterilized spoon
  6. Start with small amounts and gradually increase as baby grows

Note: Do not use microwave to prepare or warm the food. Always check temperature before feeding.

  • Suitable for infants aged 7 months and above
  • Always supervise your baby during feeding
  • Use sterilized utensils and clean hands while preparing
