Allergy Information:
Contains gluten, milk, and may contain soy traces. Always read the label before feeding if your child has food allergies or intolerances.

  1. Wash hands and clean feeding bowl and spoon.

  2. Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool (lukewarm).
  3. Add 3 tablespoons (approx. 25g) of Aptamil cereal into a clean bowl.
  4. Pour 75ml of lukewarm water or milk and stir well until smooth.
  5. Feed immediately using a clean spoon.

Do not use a microwave to prepare or warm the feed. Always check the temperature before feeding.

  • Always supervise your baby while feeding.
  • Do not feed directly from the preparation container if not consumed completely.
  • Discard any leftover food to avoid contamination.
  • Aptamil cereal is not a breast milk substitute. Breastfeeding should continue as long as possible alongside complementary feeding.
