  • Wash hands and clean all utensils before preparation
  • Pour 3–4 tablespoons (approx. 30g) of Aptamil Creamed Porridge into a clean bowl
  • Add approx. 90ml of warm pre-boiled water
  • Stir thoroughly to achieve a smooth, creamy consistency
  • Allow to cool to a suitable temperature before feeding

Do not heat in the microwave as hot spots may occur.

  • Not suitable for babies under 4 months
  • Always supervise your baby during feeding
  • Discard any uneaten portion after 2 hours of preparation
  • Introduce new foods gradually and watch for signs of allergies
  • Always consult your pediatrician before introducing new weaning foods
