  • Wash hands and sterilize all feeding utensils.
  • Boil fresh drinking water and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  • Pour the required amount of water into the sterilized bottle.
  • Use the scoop provided to add the correct number of levelled scoops.
  • Cap the bottle and shake well until powder dissolves completely.
  • Test temperature on the inside of your wrist before feeding. Use within 2 hours of preparation. Do not microwave.
  • Not suitable for infants under 6 months as a breast milk substitute.
  • Always prepare formula feeds fresh. Do not use leftover feed.
  • Never heat formula in the microwave, as it can cause hot spots.
  • Discard unused formula after 2 hours.
